For every pep rally, B meet or A meet there will be a lot of cash from the concession sales. Pick up the money at the end of the night and place into an envelope labeled with the meet date. The treasurer will deposit the cash into the bank.
Make sure to count the money and have a second person on hand to verify the amount of cash that is going in the envelope.
Always leave $200 in the cash box to start the next event.
